Our legal services in the area of commercial relations include:
- Legal analysis and structuring of particular transactions as well as the activities of the company in general;
- Preparation and analysis of various contracts and other legal documents in relations with both domestic and foreign counterparties, including legal review of documents with respect to their compliance with the legislative requirements (contracts of purchase and sale (supply), work and labor, rent, leasing, credit/loan agreements, mortgage, surety and guarantee, agency contracts, contracts for provision of services, commission, custody, etc.);
- Services related to obtaining licenses and permits required for the performance of statutory activities or particular transactions by the companies in Azerbaijan;
- Legal support of current activities of the company in Azerbaijan.
