In the face of a looming national skill shortage our report Where is your worker? addresses the positive actions business and government can take to maintain momentum. The world may be desperately demanding what Australia has, but our ability to supply that demand is slipping as migration falls and retirements rise.  That means the problem in Australia in coming years won’t be a lack of jobs – it will be a lack of workers.
