Steven has over 30 years professional experience as a chartered accountant. Steven provides audit, accounting, taxation, corporate reconstruction and business advisory services to a wide range of private and public sector clients.
Steven’s work has included investigations and feasibility studies into new business ventures and reconstruction of existing business activities.
He has experience in contract negotiation and evaluation of capital and financing proposals. He has conducted due diligence assignments, prepared expert reports for takeovers, conducted statutory audits of both listed and unlisted companies and provided internal audit services to a range of Government and Non-Government entities.
Steven’s work in litigation support has included acting as an expert witness in fraud and business crime cases and includes investigations and appraisals of evidence leading up to litigation. He has undertaken valuations in family law matters, conducted assessments of losses under both business interruption insurance and personal injury claim insurance cases.
Steven is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia, a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an Office Liquidator and Registered Auditor.
