IT governance

Having a set of processes which helps define who is responsible for which IT decisions, and how they are implemented assists in aligning IT to business objectives and maximising value from the IT investment. There is no single governance model that fits all organisations across all geographies or sectors.

What is important is a governance system which identifies the ‘utility’ and ‘innovation’ components of IT and is steered by the CIO. Whatever the maturity of your existing IT governance, our Technology Assurance team can help you take the next steps in building and strengthening it.
