| 45° - The Business of Safety We have come to realise that safety outcomes are often influenced by wider organisational issues. The 45º program will enable organisations to achieve the vision that is zero harm. This program will supplement traditional safety approaches to provide superior understanding of the drivers of health, safety and environment (HSE) performance. It will generate practical actions and tools that significantly improve safety performance through engaging people, clarifying complex situations and creating pragmatic, integrated solutions. |
| Safety Leadership Our team has been providing safety leadership advice, developing behavioural programs and providing leadership coaching for organisations across Australia for many years. We have a number of ways to assess leadership gaps and we will design a program specifically for you and your organisation to develop and improve your leadership team's skills and capability to influence positive safety outcomes at the front line. |

| Safety Culture Change Deloitte would conduct a safety culture assessment against a safety maturity model to provide organisations with insight into their current safety culture and provide practical guidance on how to improve their safety culture and therefore safety performance. The assessment would involve conducting a survey of either the leadership group, or the whole organisation, as well as a number of interviews and/or focus groups with key stakeholders. |
| Risk Profiling Deloitte can provide WHS specialist advice while facilitating the development of an organisational WHS risk profile, identify controls currently in place and make recommendations for additional controls to reduce residual risk. Each organisation is unique therefore each organisation will have their own risk profile. |
| Gap Analysis During a gap analysis, Deloitte will assess at an organisation's WHS management system against a standard (e.g. Australian Standard 4801:2001 OHS Management Systems; National Self Insurers Tool). Or assess progress against strategic WHS objectives. |
| Internal Audit During an internal audit, Deloitte will assess whether specific business WHS policies and procedures or WHS process objectives and the associated risks specific to the organisation are in place and operational. |
