Computer forensic services are defined as the identification, collection and forensic analysis of electronic data from a wide range of sources.
The Deloitte Discovery team are the only company to design, develop and use their own software tools the proprietary imaging, analytical and recovery software that was constantly being upgraded to coincide with the emergence of new data storage media and operating systems. Our services include the identification, collection and forensic analysis of electronic data from a wide range of sources such as PCs, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, corporate email, financial, security and database systems, including:
- Email tracing and analysis
- Forensic analysis of application systems and data
- Hard disk imaging
- Recovery of deleted files, fragments of data or passwords
- Restoring of back up tapes
- Retrieval of data from computer networks or Internet related services.
