The Valuations team has extensive experience in the provision of advice on the value of infrastructure assets for listed and unlisted investment vehicles.
Our clients range from superannuation funds and funds management entities to operating asset managers. Our valuations are primarily used as a guide for funds unit pricing, advisory, tax and accounting purposes. Infrastructure asset classes where we have extensive experience include:
