David is an experienced corporate finance professional with over 20 years of experience in providing companies with strategic corporate finance advice.  David specialises in providing advice to clients in financial matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and other general corporate finance related advice. 

David joined Deloitte M&A Transactions group after having previously worked in investment banking for Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup), N M Rothschild and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
