Steve is a partner with Deloitte M&A Transactions and has twenty years of experience with Deloitte in London and Sydney. Steve has considerable experience in corporate finance, working with large corporates, growing businesses and private equity firms.
Steve specialises in due diligence and the review of financial forecast for IPOs and inclusion in other public documents.
Steve has also worked across a broad range of industries including property, retail, consumer businesses, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing and recruitment. Major clients served include Woolworths, CHAMP Private Equity, CHAMP Ventures, Navis Capital and Nestle.

- Review of financial forecasts on behalf of Woolworths and Shopping Centres Australia (SCA) in relation to the recent listing of SCA on the Australian Stock Exchange
- Acquisition Due Diligence for Woolworths in respect of the purchase of Cellarmasters
- Vendor Due Diligence and IPO forecast review in respect of the dual track sale processes for United Malt Holdings and Study Group on behalf of CHAMP Private Equity.
Steve is married and has three children, including twin girls and a boy. Despite his age Steve remains a keen soccer player and also retains an unhealthy interest in Charlton Athletic.
