Andrew is the head of the Perth M&A Transactions practice which incorporates Transaction Services, Valuation, M&A Advisory and Infrastructure Advisory. He has over 25 years’ experience in providing a wide variety of public sector and private sector clients with due diligence, valuation and structuring advice in respect of mergers, acquisitions and investments, capital raisings, IPOs, private equity and infrastructure development. Andrew has worked in corporate finance in London, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
Andrew's industry experience includes mining and oil and gas, mining and oil and gas services, energy, infrastructure, public sector and transport sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business
- Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia
- CEDA WA Advisory Council.
Andrew is married with two teenage daughters and outside work and family, he is a passionate cyclist who looks forward to a couple of weeks cycling in Europe each year.
