A Partner in Deloitte’s M&A Transactions group, Ashley has over 17 years’ experience advising both local and multinational companies, including two years in Frankfurt, Germany, where he advised multinational clients on a variety of pan-European and global transactions. Ashley has considerable experience in transaction services having worked with a range of corporate and private equity firms, on a domestic, regional and global basis. He specialises in the provision of acquisition and vendor due diligence and vendor assistance services.
Ashley has experience across a broad range of industries including agriculture, FMCG, food and beverages, manufacturing and industrial products, private equity and transport and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce – Monash University
- Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants.
