A partner in the Deloitte Forensic team, Steve has over 15 years’ experience advising both local and multi-national companies, including three years in Toronto, Canada, where he commenced his career with Deloitte.
He has considerable experience working with a number of large corporate entities and private equity firms, specialising in capital markets transactions and cross border due diligence transactions. With a prominent audit background prior to his corporate finance career, which included two years as an audit partner, Steve has significant experience in advising on complex technical accounting issues, particularly relating to M&A activity and structuring.

- Bachelor of Commerce – McGill University, Montreal, Canada
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia
- Registered Company Auditor.
