Richard is a Partner in the M&A Transactions group with over twenty years corporate finance experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s, financial modelling, financial advisory, procurement advisory and Government advisory services.
Richard specialises in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors and advising private equity and public sector clients. He is a member of our China Services group, working with in-bound Chinese investors.
Prior to joining the Sydney office, Richard was based in Hong Kong, advising on cross border transactions across South-East Asia.
Richards major clients served include: AGL, Cheung Kong Infrastructure; Spark Infrastructure; Power Asset Holdings; State Grid Corporation; Downer Group; The Treasury; Department of Finance and Deregulation; Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism; Tata Power; NSW Treasury.

- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia
