Paul is recognised as a leading corporate advisor to both middle market businesses and large corporates, who are looking at exit strategies, acquisitions (and other growth opportunities) and funding strategies.
Paul has acted as lead advisor on a number of successful divestments, acquisitions, management buy outs as well as capital raisings through private equity investment.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Paul was partner in charge of the Corporate Finance group at Grant Thornton in Brisbane and has also worked for RSM International member firms in London, Shanghai and the USA.
