Nicki is a M&A Transactions partner with over 20 years professional experience in Australia and South Africa. Nicki is primarily involved in advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, valuations and capital raisings. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2004, Nicki worked for Nedbank Capital, Deutsche Bank, Brait Merchant Bank and Coopers and Lybrand in South Africa.
Nicki has advised clients on the buy and sell side of transactions across a variety of industries, but most recently with a focus on the resource industry and companies that service the resource industry. In particular Nicki has a deep knowledge of the iron ore industry having acted in various capacities for clients ranging from large multinationals to junior explorers.
