Ian is an experienced M&A professional with over 15 years of M&A experience in Australia, Asia and the US. He specialises in advising corporate clients and financial sponsors in respect of their assessment of potential acquisitions and/or divestments, as well as assisting with path to listing/IPO and refinancing.
Ian has diverse sector experience across mining services, industrial services, industrial products, retail and consumer. He also has significant services sector experience, including industrial services, mining services, engineering, consulting, and other professional services.
