A partner in the M&A Transactions division, Marc has over 20 years of public accounting experience advising local and multinational trade and financial clients. This has included five years in Deloitte’s Assurance & Advisory division and three years in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance division in Singapore. With more than 15 years of dedicated M&A experience, Marc specialises in a range of transactional competencies. His primary areas of specialisation are:
- Commercial advisory
- Commercial due diligence
- Acquisition and vendor financial due diligence
- Human resources due diligence
- Pre-sale / capital raising assistance
- Sale and purchase agreement advice.
With a particular interest on border transactions, Marc has advised on hundreds of deals that have involved a wide range of countries and sectors.

- Bachelor of Commerce - University of Melbourne
- Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
