Jason has over 12 years of experience in the provision of restructuring and insolvency advice to company management, boards of directors and debt and equity providers in single and large multi-creditor workouts. Jason has worked in Australia, Europe and the Pacific.
Jason has prepared investigating accounting reports and provided advice to single banks and syndicates in distressed debt situations as well as company side advisory. In addition to informal workouts, he has also led numerous formal administrations, receiverships and liquidations to maximise returns to creditors, equity sponsors and other stakeholders.
Additionally he also has experience in large complex investigations having been seconded to the HIH Royal Commission as an expert adviser where he produced a detailed paper for the Commission on suspect transactions. He was also seconded to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission where he conducted investigations, credit reviews and solvency analysis on a range of companies.
