Deloitte's Benchmarking Tool is a secure, online, financial KPI benchmark and reporting service tailored to the specific needs of consulting engineers.
The platform automates the collection of data from commonly used business software, reducing the need to manually aggregate, update and submit data. This helps to drive uptake and therefore provide much greater depth in terms of the number of people reporting and who they can compare themselves to.
Simple navigation
In terms of reporting, users are able to apply filters to the benchmark values that allows them to compare their performance to those businesses that are of similar size and structure or geographic location.
Tailored reporting
All data reported remains anonymous and confidential. However a separate and secure login can be issued to head entities wanting to compare the performance of their member organisations across a KPI framework that we design through a facilitated workshop.
'What if...?' analysis
One of the key features includes a scenario planning tool that provides users with the ability to forecast the impact of changes they make in their business.
