Clare is the leader of Deloitte’s Consulting Growth Practice. This team focuses on working with clients to generate strategies for growth, both organic and inorganic. There are around 80 people in the Growth Practice in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Clare and her team work with clients on corporate and business unit strategy, market entry strategy, customer and channel strategy, M&A strategy and due diligence, and operating model design.
At Deloitte we believe in executable strategy – not just a plan on a page, but a real life strategy that can be executed on by our clients, measured and adjusted on an ongoing basis. As such, much of the work of Clare’s team leads into the implementation of strategy, which is then supported by Deloitte’s broader, multi-skilled Consulting practice. Clare’s team also brings a unique method to helping business leaders execute on their strategies faster, with great impact and with less risk through Deloitte’s “AsOne” approach.
Clare is a Technology, Media and Telecommunications specialist, and has led and managed strategy and related projects across these sectors. Most recently her work has been focused on digitisation and the effect of high speed broadband to all Australian premises and the subsequent impact on the strategies and operations of her clients. Clare is based in Sydney, and has worked in the UK, Europe, United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford, England
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
