- coaching – role modelling approach used to mature existing project management skills and behaviour. Normally used to help project managers transition into a large project or program
- training – knowledge based approach used to improve skill level in a specific methodology or toolset. Can be useful for junior project managers, or senior project managers looking to expand specific skills
- organisational design – build program/project management structures, methods and tools to support, standardise and improve project/program management practice.
