Andy is an experienced Human Capital consultant who specialises in business transformation and improving people performance to help organisations improve their overall success.
Andy led Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting Practice in Atlantic Canada prior to joining the Australian practice in Melbourne in 2009. Andy has deep expertise in organisational design including operating model alignment, governance, business process redesign, strategy development, workforce transition and implementation planning.
In addition, Andy has experience in human resources strategy development, change leadership and training development, and performance management consulting. Andy has managed several large programs of work that lead clients through multi-project and multi-year transformations.
Andy has consulting experience in the public sector and higher education, as well as several other industries including energy and utilities, consumer business and manufacturing.
Andy holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Dalhousie University, and has been consulting with Deloitte for 12 years.
