Michael is a Management Consultant with 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years in consulting. He has broad experience across a number of disciplines and industries, with specific expertise in public sector transformation, service delivery reform, major efficiency and effectiveness reviews, shared services design, and Knowledge/ Document/ Information Management solutions.
Michael also has significant experience in stakeholder engagement, design of operating models and organisation structures, Knowledge/ Document/ Information Management solutions, project management, organisational transformation, decision making and strategy development. His work is enhanced by superior facilitation skills and written communications.
Michael’s consulting career has spanned both the public and private sectors, across Australia, throughout Asia, Dubai, Qatar, Greece and the USA. Michael leads Deloitte’s Canberra Strategy and Operations Consulting practice.
