Adam leads the Deloitte Australian Leadership Practice and co-leads the Global practice. He has a strong track record of working with leadership teams on individual and development initiatives; identifying priorities and leading teams and programs to effectively deliver change. This has led to broad business exposure and many relationships at CxO level in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Adam has deep experience in the design and delivery of leadership programs; working with leadership teams to increase their performance and designing high impact leadership development and talent programs. He has researched and written on leadership extensively; recently leading a global Deloitte research project in to effective leadership.
Before leaving Deloitte UK (where Adam headed up the Talent and Leadership practice) to join Deloitte Australia, Adam designed and led a major leadership programme for public sector leaders in the UK. This program recently won a national award in the UK and is seen as making a major difference to the leadership capability in local government services across the UK.
Adam is currently leading leadership programs for Coles, Telstra and Macquarie.
