Chris is a Partner in Deloitte Consulting and lead the Financial Services practice out of Melbourne, Australia. He has advised clients across retail, business and investment banking over the last 17 years and has extensive experience in strategy development, process and operational improvement, customer experience engineering and change management. More recently Chris has been focusing on developing and implementing growth strategies including new operating models, innovation programs and developing new businesses either organically or via M&A activity.
Prior to Deloitte, Chris worked for the listed bank, egg plc in the UK, the world’s first and largest online bank, holding a number of senior management positions within corporate strategy and customer services development. He was a member of the management team tasked with embedding customer experience engineering into the bank as well as integrating the voice and web channel. Prior to egg, Chris worked for Andersen Consulting in the UK and Australia, focusing initially on government systems and process programs, and then retail financial services and capital markets.
