A key challenge for today’s leaders is how to get all of their people aligned and fully engaged in the execution of their strategy. By creating effective collective leadership, leaders can transform individual action into collective power.

As One” is a pioneering new way to think about leadership and how to get individuals to collaborate to achieve extraordinary results – together.
It also defines the biggest challenge facing most leaders today: getting all of their people aligned and fully engaged in the execution of their strategy. But why is this so difficult? Typically, three things stand in the way of success:

  • Sometimes people only see themselves as individuals and not part of a whole organisation. That is, they don’t have a strong Shared Identity
  • Other times people aren’t committed to the specific goals of the organisation. In other words, there isn’t a strong sense of Directional Intensity
  • Finally people may not have a Common Interpretation or understanding of how they are supposed to work together.

By understanding the extent to which each of these three factors promotes or undermines effective collective execution, deliberate and targeted interventions can then be implemented to help leadership achieve its goals.

Contact us to find out more about how this progressive new perspective on collective leadership is already helping today’s leaders execute their strategies faster, with greater impact and with less risk.
