Tim has extensive experience in business transformation, operations improvement, organisational change and capital project management across a range of industries, including mining, metals, manufacturing and distribution.
Business transformation activities have included operating model development, organisation design, process and systems implementation, programme management and performance management.
At the operations level, his operations improvement expertise includes the application of business improvement techniques including lean, theory of constraints, process control and industrial engineering. He also has substantial experience with implementing integrated supply chain planning, at both the strategic and detailed scheduling level, which have often required significant organisational design and change management.
In recent years, his primary focus has been on the asset intensive industries of mining, metals, process manufacturing and transport, plus the supporting asset management and maintenance services sector.
Tim is a partner in our Technology practice – he has been with Deloitte since January 1999.
