Bruce is the Lead Partner of Deloitte’s Consulting Operation Excellence Practice. He has more than 18 years of Strategy & Operations consulting experience and is focused on transformational business improvement, large scale cost reduction, capital efficiency/debottlenecking, supply chain optimisation and strategic sourcing/procurement.
Bruce has worked extensively across Australasia, Asia and Europe. He has led a wide number of projects that have delivered cumulative benefits in excess of $1.5billion for a wide array of organisations across a range of industry sectors including mining and resources, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, FMCG, government utilities, retail, airlines and automotive.
Prior to pursuing a career in management consulting, Bruce was a project civil engineer having attained chartered status and being admitted as a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. His engineering career culminated in Bruce leading the concept and detailed design for major state-of-the-art components for the green field development of some of the UK’s largest water treatment plants including the Ogston, Melbourne and Mitcheldean works.
