Matthew leads our Consumer Business practice in Melbourne, advising on strategy, sales force effectiveness, operational improvement, performance management and business transformation programs delivering P&L and Balance Sheet improvements for Consumer Products, Retail and Transportation organisations.
Matthew is also a lead partner in Deloitte's Performance Management practice and has designed and delivered a wide range of programs covering value driver analysis, KPI definition, management & operational reporting and analytics, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and business intelligence capabilities.
Prior to pursuing a career in management consulting, Matthew was a project civil engineer managing the construction components of major Victorian infrastructure projects.
