Ken is a Senior Partner in Deloitte’s consulting practice in Brisbane. He is also a member of the Brisbane office Executive Leadership team which has a collective responsibility for setting and achieving the office strategic plan. Ken has specific responsibility for the Public Sector and Human Capital practices in Queensland.
Ken has over 25 years’ consulting, education and senior management experience. He has spent the majority of his career as a practitioner and lead consultant working across Governments, Agencies and Education Delivery Institutions. He has an international portfolio of clients, including Australia, the UK, Middle East and Far East.
Ken relocated from Deloitte UK to Deloitte Australia in 2012, where he was a senior member of the Education and Skills Leadership team. Whilst in the UK, Ken was the Deloitte education subject matter expert in the Middle East, and supported delivery teams across the region including leading projects and teams in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Prior to moving into consulting, Ken had a portfolio career which included completion of 5 year apprenticeship as a structural engineer; an army officer with responsibility for training and selection; and a senior leader in Further Education providers. During his time at University, Ken did his professional placement at Marlborough College; one of the UKs most prestigious schools, and won a degree prize for his work during that time.
