We respect your client relationships

We understand how important it is for you to keep and maintain your client relationships. We offer membership to Black Ink® as a way to help you provide a comprehensive service to your clients, so there is no need to send them away if you can’t answer their questions or do not have the relevant expertise. Where we can, we will provide advice to you to help you service your client. However, sometimes the advice we need to give might require us to enter into a direct relationship with your client. Where the client agrees to it, we will keep you informed of the engagements process.

Our approach to fees

Our approach to fees is to be as transparent as possible as to the likely fees that will be involved in providing a service to you and your clients. While we are involved in a lot of the larger, high profile matters, we are well resourced and able to provide services to all clients no matter how big or small the engagement might be. We believe that our rates are competitive with other service providers in the market place. We can be flexible on our approach to costs, depending on the needs of you and your client, however, each engagement needs to be looked at and assessed separately.

Australia wide

Our size makes us responsive to demands and enables us to provide an efficient and prompt service. We offer experts in each state and territory across Australia.

* Membership to Black Ink® is at our discretion.
