This publication is a key tool to assist you in meeting your financial reporting obligations, specifically the preparation of a special purpose annual financial report, prepared in accordance with:
- the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001
- Accounting Standards and Interpretations issued by the Australian Accounting Standards Board up to 1 May 2008
- other requirements and guidelines current as at the date of issue, including Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) Class Orders, Regulatory Guidance and Media Statements.
