Lucy joined Deloitte in June 2001 and has been involved in a wide range of actuarial and statistical projects which have included developing commutation support models, APH reviews, general insurance reserving reviews and credit risk analysis.
Lucy’s position in the General Insurance team also extends to cover the roles of Recruitment Manager (both graduate and experienced hire) and Training and Development Manager.
She is also an active member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and was a member of one of the Insurance Institute of London’s Advanced Study Groups, which published a book titled “Developments in Excess of Loss Reinsurance” in May 2000.
In November 2005, Lucy transferred from Deloitte in the UK to Australia and is currently based in the Sydney office. Her role involves providing statistical and mathematical expertise to a wide range of clients including insurance companies and banks.
