Deloitte Digital helping transform Queensland and winner of Digital Marketing Partner of the Year

23 July 2014: On the eve of the first year anniversary of the launch of its Brisbane based Deloitte Digital studio, the digital strategy, design, engineering and integration service announced it won Adobe’s Digital Marketing Partner of the Year 2014 Award for Australia and New Zealand.
The announcement was made at the Adobe Digital Marketing Symposium in Sydney, where more than 1,500 marketers gathered to hear the latest innovations in digital transformation.
Deloitte Digital Queensland leader Kevin Russo said: “We are thrilled to receive this award as digital is increasingly core to many business service offerings in Queensland.”
Deloitte Queensland Managing Partner John Greig said: “Today digital business represents a rapidly growing portion of our local economy. The evidence is mounting that digital will permeate more than two thirds of all business activity within five short years and we are committed to leading the adaptation to digital innovation in the Queensland market.
“Given the impending G20 meeting in Brisbane later this year with its focus on growth – our Digital Disruption research, and our more recent ‘Harnessing the bang – stories from the digital frontline’ report - all point to digital as a key enabler of growth.”
Russo explained that Deloitte Digital helps to shape organisations’ transformation around digital business models. “It makes sure the customer is central to the business model, advises on investing in the next generation of technologies, and ensures that both business and government clients can continuously improve.”
He added that: “This award and its basis, the use of Adobe Marketing Cloud, is a great way for our clients to maximise their reach to their customers through personalised content that is relevant and timely and useful – as it is informed by insights from big data.”
Russo said: “Deloitte Digital has more than 200 dedicated digital experts in Australia, with 30 of us based here in our Brisbane studio.
We absolutely have the capability to assist business and public sector organisations grapple with the transformative reality of digital disruption.”
Adobe’s Asia Pacific Director, Partner engagement, Damon Scarr, said the award acknowledges Deloitte Digital as Adobe’s top performing digital marketing partner in 2014.
