3 February 2011: Directors of IT software and equipment distributor Manacom Pty Ltd appointed Deloitte partners, Nick Harwood and Richard Hughes as joint Voluntary Administrators on 31 January 2011.
Deloitte partner Nick Harwood said, “Unfortunately it has not been possible to continue to trade the business. We have ceased operations upon appointment which resulted in all 37 employees being made redundant.”
“We are in the process of reviewing the financial position of Manaccom and contacting the creditors and debtors affected to discuss next steps. We are also in discussions with suppliers and customers to assist them with their needs as best we can.”
Manacom Pty Ltd was established in 1986 and is headquartered in Toowong, Queensland.
