Directors of Colorado Group appoint Voluntary AdministratorsDOWNLOAD |
30 March 2011: The directors of clothing and footwear retailer, Colorado Group Ltd have appointed partners of Deloitte Corporate Reorganisation Group, Sal Algeri, Tim Norman and David Lombe as joint administrators, pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.
The initial task of the Administrators will be to call a first meeting of creditors within eight business days. At this meeting it is expected that the Receivers and Managers, who have also been appointed today, will provide an update as to the current position of the companies and the steps they have taken in relation to the ongoing trading of the group and any potential sale of the assets.
The Administrators will be working with the Receivers and Managers to achieve the best possible outcome for stakeholders.
