Wakefield Transport appoints Voluntary Administrators
MILDURA – 25th March 2008 - Sal Algeri and Simon Wallace-Smith from the Deloitte Corporate Reorganisation Group have been appointed Voluntary Administrators of Wakefield Transport Pty Ltd today.
“The role of the voluntary Administrators is to act on behalf of all creditors and employees to review the financial position of the company,” said Mr Algeri.
“It is the administrators’ intention to continue to trade the business, with the view to assessing whether to restructure or to sell the long standing business as a going concern.”
Advertisements for expressions of interest in the business will begin this week.
