David is the leader of the Deloitte Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Life Sciences groups in Adelaide. He also leads Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services business in Australia as well as Deloitte’s Corporate Finance practice in South Australia.
Having been with Deloitte for over 16 years, David has extensive experience leading significant M&A transactions across Australia and in the UK. He has particular expertise in the completion of mergers and acquisitions, divestments, due diligence and business valuations.
