Background

Fiona Cahill and Paul Culibrk are presenting at the Tax Institute’s National Convention in Perth this March. The topic of their presentation is Tax Due Diligence in M&A, including a discussion around the fundamentals of tax due diligence, the role of vendor tax due diligence, tax risk management strategies and key areas of tax risks.

Fiona is a Tax Partner in the Perth office of Deloitte. Fiona’s key specialisation is corporate, international and resource industry tax.

Paul is also a Tax Partner in Deloitte’s Perth office, and his key specialisation is corporate and international tax. Paul has wide experience in M&A work, including IPOs, corporate buy-side and sell-side transactions, and private equity transactions.
