David is the Financial Advisory services leader of Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry group and is a partner in the M&A Transactions group. He is a transaction services specialist with over 19 years professional experience in public accounting and financial advisory services, 12 of which have been dedicated to mergers and acquisitions within the TMT industry.
David has comprehensive industry knowledge and extensive experience advising private equity and strategic buyers. In this capacity, he has advised on both acquisition and vendor due diligence, capital raisings and financial reporting aspects of transactions in a wide range of industries with a focus on Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Economics Degree from Newcastle University
- Affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
David has two children and enjoys surfing and cycling and is a mad rugby union fan.
