Tapan is the leader of Deloitte’s Senior Living group, which focuses on supporting clients within aged care, retirement living and community care sectors.
He has more than 20 years experience advising clients including 15 years experience advising clients on transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. Tapan’s particular specialism is providing advice on value related matters. This experience has included direct transactional experience in the UK and continental European markets.
Tapan has a specialisation in health, life sciences and aged care and has developed an intimate understanding of the issues affecting organisations that operate in these areas. In more recent years, he has been involved in assisting to shape policy reform within the aged care sector and advising clients on the implications of, and opportunities arising from, the Government reforms.
