Luke has over 15 years’ consulting experience, specialising in large transport, finance, strategy and infrastructure projects, including Public-Private Partnerships, and projects ranging from telecommunications engineering, roads and tunnels, ferries, rail, and electricity, among others.
Luke has extensive experience in project management, structuring project financing, determining procurement strategies and helping to develop risk management and mitigation strategies. He has advised a variety of Australian and foreign governments and leading private sector infrastructure companies.
Prior to joining Deloitte, he has held senior-level positions in Saha International, where he was Head of Corporate Finance and managing partner of the Sydney office, and other consulting firms, including having been responsible for building up a Finance and Infrastructure Advisory Practice.
