Kaylene has led and managed a range of strategic ICT advisory projects and has expertise in system selection, sourcing and IT planning and delivery.

Her range of experience includes project and system reviews and business cases and this is backed by ‘hands on’ experience in managing complex implementation projects and IT operational improvement projects.

Her role has included contract negotiation with the preferred software vendors, cost and risk analysis, implementation planning and leading the business process redesign as well as PMO reviews, evaluation of vendor responses, transition planning, final business case and reporting, post implementation analysis, and business architecture.

Kaylene is the lead Partner for our Technology Advisory Consulting team in Melbourne and is focused on our public and education sector clients.

  • Bachelor of Business (Management), Monash University
  • Graduate Diploma ( Information Systems), RMIT
