Damon is a partner in Risk Services and has over 18 years’ experience in both a public policy and consultancy capacity in numerous leadership roles, including Manager of the Victorian Government’s Automotive Industry Group, and leading a 2005 manufacturing framework project for CSIRO.
Damon has assisted clients in their development and growth and led the design, development and implementation of a range of benchmarking and improvement programs across the automotive, manufacturing and water industries.
He also led Deloitte Australia’s participation in the global benchmarking survey and was responsible for the Asia-Pacific roll out of the Global Benchmarking Study and a number of Thought Leadership pieces arising from the study.
