Warren leads Deloitte Australia's Financial Services Practice and is a Consulting Partner with over 20 years of experience. He has led a number of engagements across major Australian banks and other financial institutions, specialising in delivering large operations and technology driven change.
Warren has assisted clients develop and operationalise business and technology strategies. His work has covered implementation of strategic change, performance improvement and specific process redesign incorporating the selection and application of new technology. Some of his experience has covered assisting clients with the design and implementation of new business and operating models, particularly related to the structuring of corporate services into shared services and outsourcing/offshoring of technology.
For the past six years Warren has been leading the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Group for Deloitte Australia, growing revenue at 17% pa annum and significantly improving Deloitte's standing with tier one financial institutions. Revenue at our strategic FSI clients have grown in excess of 30% p.a. for the past 5 years and Deloitte is now recognised for the advisory work done across most of the major banks. Warren also has a proven track record in relationship and account management with major clients across Deloitte.
