Mike is a Partner of Deloitte Consulting. He is the lead nationally for the Deloitte Oil and Gas practice and is on the national leadership executive for Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations team.
In his national Oil and Gas role, Mike is responsible for the development of our team’s capability, our market offerings and oversees the quality of delivery for our clients. Mike has spent a large portion of his professional services career leading teams globally on energy related engagements.
Mike is recognised for his extensive experience in the energy and resources sector relating to capital project execution and sustained operational excellence. His core consulting capability includes engagements covering strategy development, sustained performance management and improvement, change management, business models and organisation redesign and supply chain optimisation.
Professional and academic qualifications
A Commerce graduate of University of Western Australia, Mike is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia.
