Simon Cook is the leader of Deloitte’s team focused on serving NSW Government and is a partner in Consulting. He is a recognised government services specialist and has a broad range of experience having worked in a variety of executive level roles across the areas of business performance, improvement, corporate and business strategy development and implementation, revenue management and travel services distribution.
Simon has consulted to a range of public and private sector organisations where he addressed key strategic issues with a particular emphasis on industry reform, corporate and business strategy, operational management and organisational change.
Simon’s expertise in the public sector is supplemented by his experience with diverse cultures having lived and worked internationally, with significant experience in emerging economies and industry sectors subject to major structural reform.
