Alan Eckstein is a Partner in the Melbourne office of Deloitte with over 22 years of information systems management and consulting experience. He has established a reputation for leading large complex transformation projects in Australia, Korea, Hong Kong and South Africa.

Alan leads the Deloitte Australia Life Sciences and Healthcare industry group and has extensive experience providing advisory services to a broad range of public and private health clients covering areas such as: eHealth strategy, governance, program and project QA, technology implementation strategy and delivery, CIO advisory services, program reviews, benefits management and business case development.
