David has significant national and international experience, having worked in Australia, the UK, US, Japan and Korea. David has considerable corporate finance experience in debt and equity raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, due diligence, company valuations, option pricing and financial modelling. As well as being an active member of Adelaide’s innovation community, David is the Adelaide leader of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Life Sciences Groups. His clients range from large multinational corporations to small technology start-ups.
