Attracting and retaining the best

Each year Deloitte honours our commitment to attracting and retaining the best people by announcing our new partners for the year.  This is an exciting time for all concerned.  For our new partners it is a significant step forward in their careers. For us as a firm and the clients we work with, it reflects our talent agenda and our aim to be the most inspiring professional services firm to work with.

For 2012 we have promoted 45 new partners and recruited 18 experienced lateral hires, with women making up 36% of this year’s new partner promotions.

We are proud to introduce you to our new partners for 2012.
